Yeah, I'd noticed this issue when I searched for this song, there are 2 versions on the internet (at least those are what I've found), one is what you've found and the other is without ktvnewmedia but much blurred. I personally prefer the one you found but I upload the other version anyway for you to check if you can accept it.

P.S. If you want to learn Mandarin from this song, you should know that there's a certain part of the lyrics (in chorus) that is not sung in Mandarin, but in Hokkien/Taiwanese
愛我ㄟ男兒哇麻愛你 (appears in first and second chorus, the third chorus is in Mandarin, the meaning is the same though)
